I used size 6 needles with worsted yarn. I figured out that once you had a nice retangle piece you had to pick up the sides to build the bunny.
I had a few drop stitches but it turned out really good. I would do the eyes next time before closing up the bunny.
It took about 55 yard of yarn to make one bunny.
