Violet Starfish in Merino by Spindipity
I decided that I would start a blog all about my knitting projects. I learned to knit in the late 1980's (made 4 placemats none matching and a few holes). I picked up knitting again just in Feb 2009. Now I've started to spin Aug 2010 with a drop spindle and now with a Hansen Minispinner since Oct 2010. I started weaving Sept 2014 on an Emilia Glimakra Rigid Heddle Loom. I've been test knitting since 2011 and a sample knitter since 2016.
These are for my youngest. She wanted slippers. This is a fast pattern. I would finish faster if I wasn't trying to do 6 other projects. This would have been a quick knit if I didn’t have other projects I was working on. It’s a bit big for her but she can always grow into them!
Jul 19/10 - finished one slipper!
I really like this yarn! It is so soft!
May 29/10 - turned the heel on the first sock

I'm doing this on size 7 since my size 5 are with another project. Starting on my Christmas knitting! This is from the March Sock Club at The Loopy Ewe. This was an easy knit but I was tired of it by the end!
