Purple Cowl - DONE!

I've started this project for me but right now it seems really small. If it doesn't fit me I know another purple lover that will love it. It was an easy knit and pretty fast even though I had to knit it twice!

Nov 13/10 - Was finished but realized that the pattern called for size 10.5 needles. It was too small to keep. I have frogged it and started again with the right size needles.

Yarn 10, 11 & 12

I've been spinning more then knitting. Here is my latest yarns!

This is "Such Fun" Superwash Colonial 4 oz from rogueadventures.etsy.com.



I spun it into 2 ply 18 yards 8 WPI (heavy worsted) and 3 ply 78 yards 7 WPI (heavy worsted).

This is 4 oz of SW Merino from Highland Handmades.

I made 2 ply 21 yards 8 WPI (Heavy Worsted) and 3 ply 66 yards 7 WPI (Heavy Worsted).

This is 4 oz of Falkland Top in Turquoise from Bee Mice Elf.

I made 2ply 127.5 yards 10 WPI (worsted) yarn.

Yarn 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th

Spinning with the spindle has been really slow. I got my Hansen Crafts Minispinner and I've been finishing off some yarns I started on the spinner.

Green Leaves Scarf - DONE!

Started Sept 18/10 Finished Oct 5/10

This is another Christmas knit. It will look really cool once its blocked. It's a gift for one of the girls' teacher. I only had enough yarn to do 14 repeats of the pattern before knitting 2 rows.
