B's Purple Scarf

Started Mar 31/09 Finished Apr 4/09

I know its my 4th scarf but my youngest wanted a “softer” scarf then the first one I knitted (the first one is on the stuffed unicorn).

This is a real easy pattern:

Cast on 39 stitches

Row 1: knit 3, purl 3, repeat

Row 2: purl 1, knit 1 repeat

Needles: Size 10

Yarn: Knit Picks Crayon Purple

This was my first project with Fiberphile's nice yarn. This pattern was from the learn to knit

book. It was suppose to be done with heavier weight yarn but this is AZ and you don't need a thick heavy scarf here. Size 10 needles and fingering weight yarn.
